The City of Winter Springs had a problem. Every time their diffusers failed or got clogged, they had to drain the digester tank down, pressure clean it and then do the work on the problem diffuser. Cloud 9 constructed a catwalk over the open tank and mounted steel header pipe to the catwalk. Off the header pipe was hung individual diffuser down pipes attached to valves and unions. Now when the diffuser heads fail, the operators pull the down pipe up disconnecting it from the union at the header. They can now service the diffusers without draining the tank.
